End of Lease cleaning should be carried out after all furniture and belongings have been removed from the property.
Photos/Videos are taken at the completion of the cleaning. No responsibility is taken if the property gets dirty from anyone entering the premises after or during the cleaning (removalists, client, new tenant etc). An extra booking can be made to rectify the problem.
If the property is not empty of furniture and boxes etc at time of cleaning, the cleaning will be done around these items. We do not move furniture around during an End of Lease Cleaning.
Please note this Quotation is based on the property in standard condition. The condition of the property may change the price upon inspection of the property on the day of the cleaning dependent on the condition. If upon cleaning we find the property to be in a very poor condition or there is additional cleaning required not discussed at the time of quoting, the client will be contacted to advise of the additional costs applicable. If the client cannot be contacted, those additional items will not be completed.
If bathrooms need extra attention because of excessive mould, it's best to let us know and attach photos to your booking email.
